This policy explains what data Creome collects when you use the website and the app, why we collect it and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Creome is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website and app. You can reach us at any time at info.creome.design@gmail.com or on creome.design.
What data we collect
We collect the email address you use to sign up, the photos of your home you upload, the design ideas generated from them, your language preference and your credit and subscription activity. We do not collect data about your browsing on other websites.
Why we use it
We use your data to create and keep your account, generate design ideas from your photos, manage your credits and subscription, and respond to your requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Services we rely on
Creome runs on Lovable Cloud (hosting, database and file storage), Lovable AI (image generation) and Stripe (payments). Fonts are served from our own domain: no third-party requests are made for typography. Each provider processes data only to deliver its service.
Cookies and storage
We use only essential technical storage: to keep you signed in, remember your language and that you dismissed the banner, and save interface preferences. We don’t use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data and uploaded photos until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are kept for the period required by tax law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time, and you can withdraw consent or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
