Refunds & withdrawal

14-day withdrawal
EU consumers normally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Email info.creome.design@gmail.com with your name, account email, order/reference and a clear statement that you withdraw. Optional model: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for [service/order], concluded on [date]. Name: […], address: […], account email: […], date: […].” No special form is required. Subscription cancellation and statutory withdrawal are different requests.
Immediate service and digital content
Early performance requires an express request separate from accepting terms. Starting an ongoing SaaS subscription does not automatically remove the 14-day right: where legally applicable, a proportionate charge can apply for service already supplied. A fully performed service or separately supplied digital content may qualify for an exception only under the statutory conditions, including express consent, acknowledgement and required contract confirmation on a durable medium. Buying or holding unused credits alone is not a blanket waiver.
Refunds and remedies
For valid withdrawal, refundable amounts are returned within 14 days of notice using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed without cost. Any lawful proportionate deduction must be explained. Unused credits associated with a refunded purchase may be reversed to avoid duplicate use. Failed generation is handled by the existing credit-refund rules. Contact us for duplicate charges, service defects or other refund requests; mandatory remedies are not limited by a discretionary refund policy. Stripe/Link transaction support may also be available as shown on your receipt.
