Seller and contact
Creome is operated by Karan Laxmissancar, Portugal. Contact: info.creome.design@gmail.com. Payment processing, tax and transaction support may be supplied by Stripe/Link as identified in checkout. The seller’s postal address and applicable fiscal/registration details must be completed before this notice can be considered complete.
Service, credits and AI
Creome generates design suggestions from uploaded photos and videos. A standard four-idea set uses four credits; each idea uses one credit. Prices, credits and billing periods are displayed on the pricing page and the final amount is shown before payment. Results are AI-generated, can be inaccurate and are not architectural, engineering or safety advice. Furniture costs are approximate estimates, not store quotes. Verify feasibility with a qualified professional. No particular aesthetic result, exclusivity or copyright protection is guaranteed.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled through Account → Manage payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid period. Upgrades and downgrades apply at the next renewal without prorated charges. Credits are added only after confirmed payment. One-time packs do not renew. VAT is added according to billing location; checkout displays the final total before payment.
Uploads and permitted use
Upload only content you own or are licensed to use; obtain permission for identifiable people and remove unnecessary personal details. Do not upload stolen images, unlawful content or sensitive personal data. You retain rights in your uploads and grant only the permission needed to store and process them to provide your requested designs. Creome does not use uploads for its own model training or marketing. Provider processing is governed by their applicable terms. Report suspected infringement to the contact email with the image/project reference and evidence of rights.
Consumer protection and disputes
Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for non-conforming digital services remain unaffected; these terms do not exclude statutory liability. Contact us for complaints and service errors. Applicable mandatory protections of your country of residence, including Italian/EU consumer protections and access to competent consumer courts, remain available. Material changes apply prospectively with notice, not retrospectively to remove acquired rights.
